Abstract registration

The organizing committee is pleased to invite you to submit abstracts for poster presentation at the conference. Abstracts will be selected on a “first come first serve” basis. Deadline for abstract submission is September 25th, 2018.

All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English and may not be longer than 300 words. Abstract titles should be written in capital letters and may not be longer than 60 characters.

If an abstract is accepted, authors must attend the meeting and present it in person. Abstracts are to be presented as a poster. The size of the poster should be 90 x 120 cm. All accepted abstracts will be printed in the meeting abstract book. This book will be distributed to all participants at the meeting and is included in the registration fee.

Participants registered as students that present posters will get a confirmation of attendance and poster presentation.
